Hi Natalie, un population prospects this cake is amazing. There are no words. I hope to have enough time to prepare her Seder (depending on additional tasks not yet distributed) that it takes time and concentration and accuracy. Is it possible to establish the pastry cream only and give up with Italian meringue? I know the cake will lose volume and will be less impressive, but ... Or, is it possible to make strawberry pie on a hazelnut crust with your pastry cream into a Kosher restaurant Passover (convert flour crust)? I made this pie last week and came out amazing.
