This year s highlight was the launch of Del Monte s Chinese Range of sauces bringing out the oriental flavors of China to the food festival, which includes Red Chili Sauce, Schezwan Sauce , Green Chili Sauce, colour 150c Green Chili Vinegar , Red Chili Garlic Vinegar , Sweet Chilli Sauce, Oriental Sauce and Natural Vinegar that would enable restaurateurs to toss up authentic delicious Chinese dishes for their patrons.
