Contents I General Provisions II Fruit Products Vegetables III IV V Products of mushrooms pectin preparation VI Transitional and Final Provisions and General Provisions Article 1 These Regulations prescribe the minimum requirements in terms of quality which must be met by products from fruits, agro technology vegetables and mushrooms and pectin preparations (hereinafter Products), as well as minimum requirements for securing and preserving the quality of the product. The conditions prescribed by these regulations must be met in production and marketing of products.
Article 2 For products for which these Regulations are prescribed quality requirements and conditions for securing and preserving the quality and hygienic safety, in accordance with applicable requirements prescribed by these Regulations for a group of related products from these Regulations. For products agro technology for which these Regulations are required quality requirements, the manufacturer shall make a manufacturing specification prior to the commencement of production. agro technology Organizations of associated labor and other legal entities bring manufacturing specifications for products for which it is expressly provided for by these Rules. Product specification must contain details of the declaration referred to in Article 5 of this Ordinance, a brief description of the technological process of production of the product, the basic ingredients in descending order of quantity of used and report agro technology on performed laboratory analysis and the percentage of the basic ingredients. Organizations of associated labor shall keep records of issued agro technology manufacturer's specification and it entered the following data: 1) the reference number of the specifications; 2) the name of the product and its trading name, if the product has; 3) The date of issuance of the specifications; 4) the date of completion of laboratory testing of products; 5) The date of commencement of production by the relevant specification; agro technology 6) The group to which the product belongs.
Article agro technology 3 The products of this Ordinance may be sold only in original packaging, if for some products this ordinance provides otherwise. Under the original packaging, in terms of paragraph 1 of this Article agro technology shall mean the packaging of products in packaging which ensures agro technology the originality of the product quality to its consumption.
Article 5 If for some products agro technology this ordinance prescribes otherwise, all products that are marketed in the original package must be on the cover, court or have a label declaration. The declaration shall contain: 1) the product name and its trading name, if the product has; 2) the company, or the name and residence of the manufacturer; 3) The date of manufacture and expiration date or just "use by" or that the product is usable until the first day of the designated month or quarter, of the year; 4) The category of product quality, if these Regulations; 5) The net amount (weight or volume) of the product; 6) information on the type of colors, preservatives, flavorings and other additives permitted by these Regulations, if added; 7) The basic ingredients of the product, if it is prescribed by these regulations; 8) The type and quantity of materials from biological value of added to enrich the composition. If the L-ascorbic acid is added as an antioxidant, can not be declared; 9) information of interest to consumers, if the products specified in these regulations. The declaration must be easily visible, clearly interpretable. Text declarations relating to dyeing and canned products, eg. colored artificial color, canned sorbic acid and others., must be directly under the product name.
