The second day of the camp, and the first training day began with the thing in the morning to rent bicycles. We have about 3km to the training center in Vila Real de Sto Antonio, and usually bottling food preservation take us to and from the bikes. Once we had got our bikes, was training on the program for Sara and Waldemar. After a long day of trip, I gave them instructions to run quietly and not make as many shocks as on a normal exercise. There were about 30 shocks bottling food preservation with focus on technology. The danger of getting out of the heat and encounter bottling food preservation tend to be, that they want to run far, and forget to think about the technology. It usually results in bad shocks both technically and length-wise. I think I managed to keep athletes' heads fairly cold today, both did an ok workout. Following the impact workout we did a little stripped down version of jump training. It was 5-stage, 3-both feet and ass jumps, a total of 15 runs. Sara jumped a record for 3-both feet together, which was a pleasant surprise considering how the body otherwise bottling food preservation felt after yesterday's trip and the short night's sleep.
Tomas trainings changed positions so he made his fitness ball exercise in the morning, as a preparatory exercise for tonight's strength workouts. This meant that all three had weight training in the afternoon. Tomas lifted frivändning while Sara and Waldemar had bench press on the program. Sara missed a repetition of the bench for just over a week ago and left shoulder got sick of it. It's still not good in the shoulder, so there was little alternative workout for the upper body for her today. Waldemar made a good bench workout. After the main exercise they did even a lot of helpful exercises for the abdomen and back. Tomas frivändningsträning was also good. He has been physically, and especially strength wise in good shape for some time already and are now trying to focus on making training sessions so that as much as possible serving the shot put. Then it felt good and explosive today, he did not go up properly for maximum weights. After two inferior technology trainings would be important tomorrow to get back to the good feeling that had been there when he practiced indoors.
Tomorrow trains all just a pass, and it will be in the afternoon. Sara and Waldemar do a strength workouts for legs while Tomas makes a technology training. Focus is starting to him now lie more in getting power in the shocks, transferring its physical form as found in the shocks. Have tried to pep him a little bit today so he will be tagged in the morning, remains to be seen how it managed to
