Monte Garbi we read that: The soil is limestone-dominated and planting parag foods density is 8,000 logs per hectare. The harvest took place in October. In January / February takes place the second fermentation (Ripasso) on the barrel where the Amarone Selezione Antonio Castagnedi yeast during December / January. Then the wine stored in 500 liter barrels of French oak before bottling in October. After bottling the wine was stored one year in bottle before being released parag foods for sale.
Sponsa prepared as follows: The grapes coming from different vineyards in Mezzane di Sotto which is the area where Monti Garbi is located. All harvesting is done by hand and Cabernet Sauvignon portion of the wine is dried for 30 days and subsequently pressed and vinified. Cabernet is left for 6 months in barrels of French oak. Thereafter, the blend with Corvina and Rondinella as vinified in the usual manner to preserve fruit and freshness.
