Hey, thanks for reading my blog! For some time now I try to eat healthier, and I especially do by avoiding (bad) enum numbers and HFCS. Not always easy, but with a little perseverance succeed! Ingredients (sauce) 2/3 people: 350g chicken breast * * * 1 red pepper 1 yellow pepper * 2 * 1 can of peaches waspenen + juice (enummervrij brand DEL MONTE) * 1 head of garlic, crushed * 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce (enummervrij brand NO SALT) * Juice of 1 lemon * 100 ml ginger syrup (enummervrij mark ROYAL MAIL or AMBITION) * can of tomato paste (70g) * 250 ml of water Preparation: 1. Cut the chicken into cubes, and the peppers and waspenen chopped . 2. Add 250ml water in a saucepan. Put the ginger syrup, soy sauce and the juice from the can of peaches there and put on the fire. Once it boils, add the tomato paste and stir well. Then add the sliced peppers and carrots. 3. Add the juice of 1 lemon. 4. While it is cooking, fry the chicken in what (coconut) oil together and add the crushed garlic once it is cooked the chicken to the sauce. 5. Cut the peaches into chunks and add to the sauce. Let simmer for a few minutes.
