Simple recipe for a very good saffron cake containing currants and candied orange peel. A soft cook


1 cookie, 12-15 pieces Ingredients: 200 g butter mono & diglycerides or margarine about 00:25 dl breadcrumbs mono & diglycerides to form 0.5 g (1 pack) saffron 2 eggs 3 cups granulated sugar 2 tsp baking mono & diglycerides powder 1.5 cups milk 4 cups flour Garnish: powdered sugar
If you have a mortar: Shock saffron, preferably together with about 1 teaspoon of sugar in your mortar. It allows the saffron becomes finer and saffron flavor will develop better, but there has been no mortar so you can ignore it.
